Service Description

At Teton Moto Rally, ADV level II is a perfect progression for both beginners and experienced riders looking to "fun-tune" their skills. Day 1 is geared towards fun and engaging drills to get riders feeling comfortable with navigating intermediate terrain. Day 2 is an opportunity to show off your new skills on a team adventure ride. If you are ready to find new possibilities in your riding, our curriculum and supportive feedback will help you overcome obstacles and stoke passion for the ride. Day 1 Curriculum: Navigating terrain while standing Exploring the relationship between clutch and throttle for smooth power delivery Counter steering on firm and loose terrain Directing bike with rear tire Lunch break Floating the front end to navigate obstacles and loose terrain Balancing body and bike position (the dance) Basic hill climbing technique Starting on steep and loose terrain Avoiding hazard fixation Attacking terrain with ease Day 2 Itinerary: Light breakfast Safety briefing and route overview Quick refresher and warm up Adventure ride After action review and experience debrief Grill out Duration: 2 Days What our Instructors Provide: Lunch, snacks, and beverages Cardo coaching headset Repair kit (we handle repairs) First aid (we handle repairs) Photo and video analysis Personalized feedback Swag What You Need: A registered and operating ADV motorcycle with appropriate insurance Motorcycle operators license Dependable DOT approved dual sport tires with appropriate spare tubes if applicable DOT approved helmet, gloves, sturdy riding footwear Weatherproof outerwear Layers 2+ liters of water Sunscreen and sun protection (hat and glasses) Camping or lodging accommodations (option to reserve glamping at Palisades Creek Moto Camp) Optional: Our instructors are equipped with Cardo packtalk capability, we recommend using a compatible BT communication system to optimize your experience Action camera Luggage system you want to practice riding with Repair kit (personal) First aid kit (personal) ADV motorcycles and all necessary gear is available for rent.
